Directed by Collette Rutherford and written by Bernadette Armstrong, JOAN is an imaginary tale of Joan Crawford’s journey through the Bardo, (a state of existence between death and rebirth, varying in length according to a person’s conduct in life and manner of, or age at, death) and her adjustment to the fact that her soul will move onto the unknown. During this dream state Joan reflects on her life, career, enemies, people she loved and all those that helped create the legend that she became.

An Evening of One Acts: JOAN and WHAT DID THEY SAY opens March 22 – April 6, joan32019, at Theatre Unlimited located at 10943 Camarillo St. North Hollywood, CA 91602.

Performances will be Friday and Saturday at 8:00PM. Total running time is 80 minutes (with short intermission). General admission is $20.00.
